Council Activities and Meetings
Members of the Belknap County Citizens Council on Children and Families meet together as a full Council from 8-10am on the third Friday of each month. The meetings are usually held at the Busiel Mill in downtown Laconia. All Council meetings are open to anyone and time is allotted for public input at every full Council meeting. Call the Citizen Council office at 603-528-3185 for meeting locations and/or to be placed on the meeting agenda. In order to address the issues in Belknap County as described in the Web of Challenges, the Council sponsors a number of other networks and task teams that meet together on a regular basis. A schedule of monthly Council and other committee meetings is available by clicking here. The Council also sponsors other meetings and activities around Belknap County. As part of updating the Council’s Action Plan, the Citizens Council continues to meet with residents in each of the County's eleven communities. Dates of meetings with County residents will be posted on this website.
